Thank you for your support to Angel Hair Association (AHA)
Angel Hair Association is a non-profit (501 (c)(3)) organization established in 2022 to encourage and support future hair donors socially and financially.
AHA support includes supplying hair care products, providing education for successful hair donation, sponsoring local social events.
All donors can request a proof of donation for their tax purpose in this form.
AHA financial donors are welcome but not required to donate their hair.

“Thank You for Matching” Campaign (valid until 8/31/2025)
- Donors who provide the proof of donation matching request via Benevity or equivalent will receive a gift card and a free T-shirts, up to first 30 donors (eGift Card will be delivered as soon as the matched donation is received by AHA. The usual process time of donation matching is 6-8 weeks.
- Donation of $50-$99 (excluding matched): Donors will receive Gift card in the amount of $50
- Donation of $100-$199: One AHA T-shirts, and Gift card in the amount of $100
- Donation of $200 or more: Three AHA T-shirts, and Gift card in the amount of $200
- If applicable, AHA will survey T-shirts sizes (and/or Design) during the summer 2025. Shipping or Pickup dates are to be announced separately.
